Horrible services and waist of money and time!!!

I have a 60GB day, 60GB night prepaid option. The internet signal is horrible, both during the day and night. But besides that I am disgusted at how 8ta tries to get as much money from their customers as possible and inconvenience them on a constant basis. I got an ipad, which i need internet for, therefore wanted a multi sim option. I went to telkom mobile 4 times, first they didnt have the option, then i went and was told i couldnt do it, and then i go again and sit down to start the process where i was then told that i cannot get a multi sim on the prepaid option i am on, and that i can only get it on a contract because i have to billed R9 every month to use the service. THIS IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!.. why the should i have to pay R9 EVERY MONTH to use the same number and account, (money hungry telkom), and secondly why is the multi sim service only limited to contacts, this is unacceptable and a reason i will not renew my internet with 8ta. a multi sim should work with all options, but as usual 8ta doesn't care about customers unless they getting money from them... DISGUSTED ON EVERY LEVEL!!!
