Telkom NOT OFFERING WHAT THEY ADVERTISED

On Telkom's very own website for the description of the 10GB 10GB deal (cost R299) it states "Includes exclusive option to sign up for the monthly 10 GB Night Surfer data bundle at an additional R 100 per month". If this is an "option" then it is an option I do not want. I recently decided to signup for this 10GB internet contract at a cost of R199 (10GB 10GB without the nightsurfer "option"), as offered by the website. I went to a Telkom Mobile shop in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, where I requested to signup for this. The lady there, Gladys, agreed that there is a 10GB option for R199 but they do not have the "code" for the product on their systems. She suggested I contact the call centre who will be able to activate this for me. I want Telkom to give me what I had requested which is the 10GB contract @ R199 as per their own website product description. I have contacted them regarding this, and have not heard from them in over a week. They are trying to hide away from their own mistake by advertising something that they don't offer. I will pursue this matter until I reach a satisfactory outcome i.e. I get what they said they have to offer, a 10GB account for R199/month.
