Stop this taking of money from cell ph accounts

Mira Networks I have JUST discovered have been WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE deducting funds from my MTN account for whatever rubbish that I have NEVER received.
Surely this is againest the Consumer Act?? if not downright illegal.
Why does MTN allow these people open axcess to one's account?
MTN says it takes 48hours to "UNSUBSCRIBE" to something I have NEVER knowingly subscribed to??
How does one get their money back??? I demand a refund of this money
