Not able to provide decent internet

10 days ago I left a complaint titled "8ta "0.0 Mbps guaranteed for up to a day"-internet". It related a fairly ridiculous serious of events concerning the Telkom Mobile data call center, and a side comment ocncerning extremely slow internet speeds, which was what led me to calling them in the first place.
Telkom Mobile responded to the complaint saying they emailed me.
They asked a bunch of technical questions.
I answered.
They sent out a technician to get the same technical information (signal strength, [URL Removed] report) that I already sent them (someone was wasting my time when I typed that email I guess!).
Now here we are, 10 days later, and my internet speed still (like in, going down to 0.2mbps download and 0.02mbps upload on this HSDPA connection), and Telkom Mobile is not solving this.
So dear Telkom Mobile, please don't respond to this complaint with another "we've emailed you" comment. Solve my internet, or refund that 60gb 60gb prepaid that I bought.
