Unathorised debits on a cancelled contract

I cancelled by IS contract in January 2013, yet IS has continued to debit my account. I've sent an email to Magdaline, letters of cancellation etc and each month all my emails are ignored and bills keep piling up. This is how unethical Internet Solutions is!
