Still billing me after cancellation in 2012!

After numerous mails and phone calls, we have STILL had the amount of R 268.36 deducted from our account this month.

Can ANYONE PLEASE let me know why Internet Solutions is STILL deducting this amount AFTER we've filed numerous complaints!
No one has cancelled this since our request to cancel in November of 2012! We have written proof of request for cancellation and therefore, if you have not cancelled as per our request, you are then from us!

I am now getting extremely irritated by your bad service and inability to assist your customers!
