Cancelled contract without client ID

8ta cancelled my account, on the 28th of June, while I was out of the country. They claim someone cancelled it at the Woodlands branch. Which is in their account because it was done without any form of identification. I've had this 24 month contract for only two months and therefore they handed me over to the department because of this early cancellation. I've been struggling for a whole week to get my internet switched back on, I went to the Woodlands branch and phoned the call centre about 10 times, still no internet!!! I have to use the internet to work from home so, even though my bills are payed in full 8ta is costing me money now!!
