BAD SERVICE!!! NOTHING NEW!!!

My Phone went in for repairs for a cracked screen 5WEEKS ago! We called the Alberton city branch to find out when the phone will be ready, got an "um we dont know? " Phoned head office to complain on Friday 28th June, Got an "Oh sorry we will escalate it and call you back", Monday Midday still no response from Anyone, Phoned again to complain,
Now we get a call to say after 5 and a half weeks, the Phone is eventually ready, But we have to collect it from the Glen branch as the phone was delivered there!!!
I am so fed up with bad service! Does anyone actually do the JOB THEY GET PAID TO DO???
