Cell C taking my money!!

I took out a new internet contract with Cell C as my previous one was extremely slow as advised by a salesman. I cancelled my previous contract, where I was paying R149 p/m with them and received an email confirming my cancellation as at 30-04-2013. I am paying R114 for the new contract (which i really didnt need to get, but thats a different issue). 31-05-2013 i now get two payments taken off my account STILL from Cell C, but instead of it being my usual payments, the amounts are now R192, 08 and R144, 03. So not only am I still getting billed for a cancelled line, I now have to pay more for both that cancelled line and my new contract???!!! my money! can hardly even USE the internet its so SLOW!!! Pages dont even load!
