NEOTEL DEBITS R1066 FROM MY ACC AFTR CANCELLATION

Neotel was running a "special" of R270.00 p/month for Internet (you could apply for this special over telecom) which I did. Not once did they mention anything about a "penalty/cancellation" fee. after my bill was never less than R600.00 per month and our internet NEVER worked I cancelled the contract, I even drove over 65km to get to the "nearest" Neotel store to try & resolve the problem, which they couldn't sort out! They came and collected their phone after I cancelled my contract, today I got debited R1066.00 and I haven't used their phone or internet in over a month!!! This was supposed to be my daughter's school fees. I am so angry, I think they have a bladdy cheek, their products don't work, they can't fix a problem, not once in 2 month's while I had the contract did I ever receive a "bill or statement" money was just being debited off my account and I never even made 5 calls a month on that phone never mind NEVER used the Internet because it NEVER WORKED!! Travel for 65km's to get to my "nearest" Neotel store... AND THEN THEY STILL FROM ME!!! This is unacceptable!!!
