Insufficient disclosure of data billing and detail

On 26/05/13 I upgraded from a Blackberry c/phone to a Galaxy S4, (medium package). At the time of the upgrade I explained to the consultant I did not understand how the new Smartphones work and data billing. The "Out of Bundle" data rates were not explained and when I received my first invoice for July I visited the Vodacom shop (Fourways store) several times to query my invoice which apparently was due to the amount of data being used. Several call center logs (S3-TSC2E-EL9P5, A1-NYMP-DV9IJI, S3-TVO6Q-QWFV) were logged during June and July as well as 2 emails sent to the Vodacom call center on 17/07/2013 and a third e-mail on 30/07/2013. TO DATE NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN PROVIDED. Unfortunately repeated attempts to have my complaint resolved (4 call center logs and 2 e-mails) have fallen on deaf ears, or should I state "a company that obviously are not concerned about customer services". It's been two months since my upgrade and more than a month since my first complaint and to date NOTHING has been done, not even a call to discuss the matter.
