Billing me for handset on completed contract

1 - Stop sending me sms claiming that you will shut down my account. Its closed already.
2 - I send the account details changes on the 5th of June 2013 already while the contract was active. Stop hassling me about not paying because you guys where to lazy to update the info.
3 - I have send e-mails to your support center via your website to clear up this problem, no one replied. And no I wont call you, because its going to waist my time and cost me a small fortune because your call center is slow and I cant phone 123 for free anymore,
4- The contract expired. The upgrade on your system in 2012 June never took place. You can check this on your system easily, because the delivery date was in 2010 for an upgrade that took place in 2012. Yes that makes perfect sense right. I got the phone 2 years before you upgraded me.

So remove the R704 from the last statement. for the handset. Update the info i supplied on the 5th of June 2013 for the billing. And just allow me to be finally done with you guys.
