Charged out of bundle rates - can't sort it out

On the 11 Sept 2013 I upgraded my cell phone contract. I added a 1Gig bundle for data on that day. The data was only activated on the 4 Nov, and that after many calls to the service centre. Data was charged for at out of bundle rates from 11 Sept till 4 Nov @ R2/mb.

My service has been suspended 3 x for non payment while I have been waiting for my CR (I stopped my debit order when I initially got the bill). I have received a CR on my Oct inv on the 5 Nov (with great effort on my part to sort it out - initially my CR request was denied). The payment was then allocated to the wrong month, so I was still in arrears in your books, while I should be up to date.

I am now waiting for a CR on my Nov inv. I have called more than 5 x since the 25 Nov to sort this out. Time and time again the CR was not logged.

And because you don't know what the bill will be for Dec - you can't credit me for the Nov out of bundle usage (4 days) so I'm going to have to go through this drama all over again because as your customer care/accounts people keep mentioning - I have already received that credit.

This is effectively a breach of contract. I have been a perfectly paying customer since 1996.
