My contract ended on the 30th of June 2013 and cancelled within the 30 days that I was told about and they confirmed that the cancellation was successful. May was supposed to be the last billing month but they ran a debit order at the end of June and when I call in to find out they tell me that DUE TO SYSTEM MIGRATION MY CANCELLATION WAS PROCESSED LATE ON THEIR SIDE and now I have to suffer for their stuff up. The call centre agents are useless are always make people to hold because they know nothing and have to keep consulting.
I'm sick of this DISGUSTING COMPANY, I stuck it out and just when I thought I was done with them it seems like I can't get out, they're determined to keep me locked in.

I will not take this lying down, mark my words.
