I recently put in a complaint on about the billing mess caused by an upgrade I recently did. They confirmed the issue and promised to resolve it ASAP. All that hapened was that you stated to load the bundles I was supposed to have loaded since I upgraded, but you loaded them a few days late in the month. So, I was billed for data and calls for the days I didnt have the bundles loaded.

I was also not credited for my data and calls for previous month (s) that was due to me as part of my new contract. I don't know how else to explain this.

If you upgrade, you are supposed to get the benefits of the upgrade at least from the start of the next billing cycle. This wasn't the case on my account. You cannot just add bundles, you need to do it as at the start date of the upgrade so that this is taken into account for the entire period. Otherwise, I have been paying for something I didn't get. I believe this is a breach of contract and I will NOT hesitate to seek legal advice.
