I had a problem with telkom mobile billing system when i started a contract in May i have taken Telkom Mobile to the ombudsman about this billing problem which they decided to compensate me with one month free.
I was given banking details by telkom mobile complaints department so that i can process the payment.
I then took off work the Tuesday to go and process the payment to find out that the information i was given was incorrect! i email the complaints team immediately (telkom mobile) and the person i was dealing with insisted that i was given the correct information, he/she after several emails realized that i was given the wrong information and could only say sorry! Now i need to take org anise another day off work! which means i will be losing money to go the bank and process this payment! i wish i could attache the emails that was sent to me with the poor level of customer service that i have received throughout this complaint which has been almost a month, i request for callback which never gets done. I have to send several emails to 8ta complaints team in order for them to respond to me.i don't think this is fair. I wish i could send you the emails that i have received.
