I recently got a contract phone with 8ta/Telkom Mobile in Brooklyn Pretoria and the agreed upon payment method was a debit order on the last day of the month. Telkom Mobile decided to debit my account on a wrong day when my bank account didn't have any money on it (the 25th of October) and they disconnected me there after without any notification.
