I use 8ta/Telkom Mobile and I have been happy with the service until now.
I was using a pre paid internet and dongle supplied by 8ta/ Telkom mobile.
I purchased a new dongle from HUAWEI fully LTE compatible.
I now have faster speed but never LTE connection.
I contacted the help chat line at 8ta/Telkom Mobile. This is the response.
Kabelo> There is no prepaid sim card on LTE you need to be a contract LTE sim card to connect.
This statement is totally incorrect based on the information supplied on Telkom Mobile Website.

I am not happy with the answer supplied, what is the correct information? And how do you obtain it.
