I took out my contract from telkom mobile in July and stipulated that my account be debited on the last day of every month for my bill. Since then my account has never been debited due to the fact they made a mistake with my banking details. i helped them by doing a manual payment for the first two months and corrected my banking details with them. yet every month i get an sms saying they will suspend my account if i don't do a manual payment. They have my banking details and yet put me through inconvenience every month. i am so tired of telkom mobile that soon i would like to cancel my contract and take my business to vodacom or mtn. Telkom mobile managers never seem to call back. I would never recommend anyone to spend their money at telkom mobile as the inconvenience they put you through is unnecessary. if they cant get a debit order right what can they do right?! they have no reason as to why every month is the same problem or why their service is so poor!
