8ta/Telkom escalations not answering emails

I contacted Telkom escalations about cancellation of my Telkom-mix cellphone contract more than six weeks ago. They keep sending me emails, asking repeatedly for the same information which I have mailed repeatedly and keep forwarding it to other Telkom departments. Last identifiable person was Tswelopele Nyide from Telkom.
Now I am getting cc's of anonymous forwarded emails from 8ta social/ Telkom mobile to Escalations again, asking them to contact me.

So far I have not received any information per my request.! This is the worst 'passing the buck non-service delivery I have experienced in a long time'.
