8ta Takes Off An Installment After Being Paid

8ta Telkom Mobile are the providers that I have a cellphone contract with. In August I changed my banking account from a savings to a cheque and the bank advised Telkom because of the debit order. I received an sms from Telkom telling me to make a cash payment into their banking account for the month end (Aug) until the debit order could be processed, this I did. At the end of Aug to my shock and horror Telkom tries to take the money out of my account and there are no funds and the bank charges me R115.00 that was on 05 09 2013 they do this again on 13 09 2013, my bank charges are now R230.00.I spoke to a consultant with the email address [Email Removed] who told me to email her with my banking statement which was done on 19 09 2013 and have sent her a further two emails asking when I might receive a response and have just been ignored. This is so typical of the likes of Telkom who can only render a pathetic and useless service to it's clients. It seems I will have to take the legal route.
