8ta Telkom Making Excuses Not To Pay Refund

My previous complaint refers: when I changed my banking details (my bank did notify them with the details) and was asked by 8ta to make a cash payment into their bank. They then attempted to take the funds out of my cheque account 4 times during September which all came to R 460-00. 8ta asked for proof which was submitted to them. I was contacted by a Mogaugelwa Makofane and was promised a refund as soon as payment was reflected on their records. It is now 14 October and nothing has been done and my continued emails are being ignored. My Medical Aid has been suspended due to insufficient funds and as I suffer with high blood pressure, I cannot get my chronic medication as (there are no funds because 8ta used the funds set aside for my Med Aid, to try and take money for my account that was paid). I have never skipped one payment on my mobile contract and this is how they have treated my case. I email Mogaugelwa on a regular basis and she just ignores my emails. I am in the process of drafting a letter to Wendy Knowler of the Daily News and she does also discuss cases like this on East Coast Radio, hopefully she may be able to do something with these Telkom people!
