Lodged a complaint about Telkom mobile selling a contract with false information on the 7th of August via Hellopeter and Telkom mobile customer care. Telkom mobile responded to both complaints via automated response and that is where it ended. No phone calls or e-mails from Telkom mobile. It is quite obvious that Telkom mobile do not care to resolve customer complaints. Be careful not to deal with Telkom mobile!
