I have sent Telkom Mobile about 6 emails via their consultants and messages through their website. I have also twice phoned customer care to explain the problem, just to be cut off every day I was suppose to be put through to the "right" department.

I recently took out a Smartplan 100. My first debit has not gone through. This after signing a debit order in store. According to Telkom the debit was rejected, but after going to the bank (ABSA) I have proof to confirm that no debit order was ever received via Telkom Mobile. And there is more than enough funds. My 2nd debit order is suppose to go through at the end of the month and still no answer from Telkom. As it seems the phone will be cut off and not because of my fault but because of Telkom's own incompetence.
