Virgin Mobile Will Let You Down in Emergencies

I bought a Virgin Mobile Voucher for R50 and on my way home my car broke down, so I thought I would be fine if I just recharged my phone with the voucher I just purchased. The voucher number failed and I had to phone support, after giving all my details to the support team the call just ended. I waited 10 minutes to give them time to call back but I had to eventually phone back.

I was told that I must go back to the store where I purchased the voucher to correct the problem or speak to a team leader, I was put on hold for another 5 minutes to be told that the team leader was on lunch for 30 minutes.

I called back 45 minutes later and asked to speak to a team leader the phone continued to ring for 10 minutes with no answer till I was directed to leave a voice message.
I was stuck on the for more than two hours in the worst part of town, if this were a matter of life and death, I would be dead right now.

Lucky for me a kind stranger let me use his 'vodacom' phone to call for assistance. This has made me realize that Virgin Mobile Will let you Down in Emergencies. Regular support can't help me and teamleaders are unavailable maybe you can use the R50 you from me to fix this.
