Since November 2012 I've been phoning Virgin Mobile's customer service to ask about the renewal of my account, actually I want to Upgrade. But you cannot speak to any consultants, you can only leave a message and then they can phone you back. Well I have probably phoned 10 times over the past 3 and a half months, and no one is yet to phone me back. I think it is horrible that you cannot even speak to a consultant when working with a company this big. I am hoping by posting here, that there can be a chance that I could actually speak to someone from Virgin Mobile.
