I called to get assistance, this was arguing with regards something that I have full understanding, clearly he didn't - He could not understand a simple proof which I emailed to him, with his broken and uncomprehending English he argues with me and when I requested to speak to a team leader he said that I should call the team leader myself. This is the kind of service Virgin mobile prides themselves in. Rude, Abrupt, incompetent and idiotic individuals who have little or no understanding of what service is all about.
