I called the call centre in November and spoke to a manger by the name of Keith, said he will call me back. Still waiting for his call! I then called in on the 14/01spoke to a team leader by the name of Ashley after I was billed R500 for 5 calls to a virgin to virgin number. He said he will call me back. He called me back once that day and then said he needs to follow up with billing and then he will call me back, guess what still no phone call, I then called in on the 01/02 and spoke to another team leader, as virgin just changed my contract once again, she said she will check with billing and get back to me on Monday guess what still waiting. She referred me to the store where I took my contract out (Clearwater Mall). I told her I could only go the next day (Sunday). When I got there guess what they couldn't help me. The gentleman that did my contract was there he couldn't help me the lady that was helping me said, give her until Monday 12:00.Guess what still waiting. In January my contract was fine R1200 airtime. 25 sms and 1gig data. Now all of sudden it's been changed to R750 25sms and 100mb. When I took out my contract they said it will stay the same expect the sms. no help from virgin
