IN JANUARY I PUT VIRGIN ON HELLO PETER, EMAILED MRS DUGGAN WHO BRUSHED ME OFF AND PASSED MY COMPLAINT TO THE CANAL WALK BRANCH, WHO THEN HAD ME BACK AND FORTH TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE, EVENTUALLY THEY DECIDED TO REPLACE MY HANDSET, THAT WAS 2 MONTHS AGO I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THE HANDSET, I CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND ASKED IF A TEAM LEADER CAN CALL ME BACK, INSTEAD I WAS PASSED AROUND AGAIN... I WANT TO UPGRADE AS I HAVE THIS PHONE NUMBER FOR SUCH A LONG TIME, BUT THE SERVICE!!! CAN SOMEONE ACTUALLY HELP ME???
