I am extremely dissatisfied with Vodacom as I upgraded my line 4 or 5 months ago when I done this upgrade I did not get a new phone all I asked for was to go onto the VIP red contract at /- R2000 a month after this I realise that it is too expensive and I am not making use of this contract so I visited my local Vodacom dealer and asked if I could change my contract to a Advantage contract. They advised me that I would have to pay a migrating fee of R3072 to get that contract, I was shocked as when I upgraded all I wanted was a higher package now I want to change and don't want to pay as I feel why should I pay if I didn't get a phone. I called in to Vodacom and spoke to Gugu Vilagase on 0821958 she also confirmed that I needed to pay in the R3072 amount I still was not happy and I asked to speak to a team leader so she first said that she was getting a team leader for me but a short while later she came and said that she had spoken to her team leader and that The reason why I had to pay in this amount is to subsidise the mobile devise that I got. I then repeated that I did not get a mobile devise and insisted that I would like to speak to a team leader. She put me on hold fo
