I logged a case @ the end of August to cancel a 3G contract as the period was over. Had to go into a store to do it. Could not be done on the phone. Store logged a case. Case number 6585857. Now over a month and a half later the contract is still not cancelled and they debited my bank account. I logged another case for the money back (6729709) and there is no feedback on that either. The call center agents log notes on the case and apologies. This does not help me. I need my money back! Not happy at all and will not go back to 8ta again.
