From May I have been trieng to resolve issue of outstanding bill, it seems from february they failed to debit my account. I was unware until may as I had not received calls about this issue. I then called to try make payment arrangements and was told they do not provide such service for certain amounts and they would not assist. I have been disconected from using service from May but I am stil being billed.on numerouse times I have been calling and to no availe I was then given a case number almost a month ago and no one has helped. I sent emails and still have no feedback.when I asked about the case I logged I was told they cannot log another case again and they will not be able to let me know when I will get assistance
