So, a bit more than 2 months ago, I logged a call with the call centre. Got a case number and was told "the case is being attended to" 1 month later I phoned in, only to find out that it had been closed. So i logged ANOTHER call on 21 Nov 2013 case 7135205. Got a text saying "8ta please note that case 7135205 is being attended to and feedback will follow soon. Tm soc" on the 22 Nov. after hearing nothing for almost a month. I decided to CHECK UP ON THEM AGAIN on 17 Dec, only to find out that the case has been closed but not resolved. I have been struggling to phone one certain number (for work) ever since i have had this contract along with a list of other problems that i have posted on Hellopeter previously. But it's like they just don't care. Every month the money gets deducted from my account and every month i struggle with my phone and i have to check up on them.

I'm sick of this!
