EXTREMELY USELESS/BAD SERVICE

We have queries outstanding since last year that are still not resolved. We corporate accounts and have advised them that we intend to move our accounts if we do not get service but still no response.

I sent a meeting request with a manager more than a week ago and we have still not got any response from them whether they are attending the meeting or not. I have requested a meeting with our consultant on more than one occasion also no response.

MTN service is absolutely terrible and they simply do not care. If you send a snide remark because you are no fed up, you get an email stating that they are requesting their managers to find another consultant to handle your accounts. No one wants to sort the problems and no one will take responsibility either.
