Netstar Ignore Emergancy Signal

This is a feedback on what has transpired to date regarding my complaint about Netstar being totally unreliable when it comes to retrieving my car. I had a meeting with a Mr P Pillay, from Netstar in May 2013. He explained to me what had happened on the day that my car was. When the meeting was over he promised to send me a full report on what he explained to me in the meeting. I recorded the meeting to ensure that I understand the outcome as well as what was explained and discussed. Mr Pillay then on two different occasions send me a email, putting in writing what was discuses. Whoever the written reports, if you can call it a report, did not have all of the relevant information, as discussed at the meeting and I requested that he compile a proper report. I am still waiting for this report, even after I send him the recording as an aid. The bottom line to why Netstar did not find my car was that they ignored the signal received from my car. In the control room the agent simply ignored the signal and indicated on the Netstar system that it was a false activation. Only when I phoned them did they start to react and then it was to late. Who do you trust a company like that?
