Dead or Alive - ADT doesn't care

So many problems experienced with this so-called sercurity company: response times 35 minutes-last one 90 minutes! excuse after excuse. The 90 minutes was false alarm on a PANIC BUTTON. So-numerous emails to various Heads of Departments plus MD CLIVE HUMPHREY-ALL JUST IGNORED. Acting branch manager contacted us to set up appointment-in the meeting asked for a week to resolve problems. week later said he was going to talk to MD CLIVE HUMPHREY-IT IS NOW MORE THAN 3 WEEKS LATER & THE SILENCE FROM ADT'S JHB MD IS STILL DEAFENING! We were told we would receive written response to our problems & have technical dept check our system WEEKS before meeting with the BR manager. Excuses for the 35 minute delay was that there was a storm in Edenvale (we are in Roodepoort); excuse for non response of any nature for the 90 minute (10h00 at night) was because there was a storm at 16h00 - our alarm was activated at 19h45! what a shocking & disgraceful reflection on the corporate image of ADT! Does anybody have their directors details as clearly it is just a waste of time dealing with the so-called local exec management of ADT! BY THE TIME THEY RESPOND MY FAMILY WILL BE DEAD!
