MDB no response after account is settled

Ref no, 0278000390731649 & 0278000392517574, after being contacted daily by your call centre agents with regards to these two accounts i have requested settlement letters which took ages to be sent to myself and have paid up the two accounts in full. I even received a email stating that since i did not pay as agreed telephonically that i would have to pay more however there was no such agreement and i was still waiting for a settlement letter confirming the amount due. Non the less i paid up the accounts and requested a letter from your company advising that the accounts have been paid up and no further amounts were due. I have received no response, it is actually funny how when I owed you money then you would call me everyday and interrogate me for payment however when I require just a simple letter confirming that the accounts have been paid up I receive no response, I have contacted your call centre who refuse to let me speak to a manager and requested the letter on numerous occasions however after advising that the letter will be sent out to myself in 2 days time I still do not have the letters, please can someone competent enough to understand my request send me the letters
