Dear Hello Peter. I would like to complain about the level of service I received from the security and Manager of Sanbonani Resort. I wanted to have a meeting with my Avon Team but I was informed that I should make prior arrangements.
The manager came to the gate to find out what was going on because the security didn't want to provide us with the necessary number to make the books. When i had explained to him that I understand the procedures but I just requesting the numbers since I'm already there I'm a customer and would have provided my business to them. I have Sales Leaders from Swaziland that have driven all the way for a 2 hour meeting bt even when I called in to make reservations I was questioned as to why I was having my meeting there and Its obvious, our company can not be having meeting on the road. I need to be professional as a manager myself.
I was chased away by the Manager, Andre and humiliated by the SECURITY saying that we should move away from the Resort gate otherwise they will personal move us away. Sanbonani Resort in Hazyview has bad customer service. I did not get any help! I had to go to Kruger Park Lodge to have my meeting. No hassles when I go there at all
