FORGING / FALSE SIGNATURE AND CONTRACT

A few years ago Neotel billed me for a contract 232809 which i never signed up for, they have called me on many occasions and said they would remove it from the ITC, which they have never done. they sent me the contract, in an electronic format with someone else's signature not mine, my name and surname are spelled incorrectly. As far as I am concerned this is, if they don't remove my name I am going to go to the press. If they can prove in a court of law with a handwriting specialist that the signature is mine I will pay them double what they claim I owe them.
