With my previous blackberry being, one that I was quite satisfied with, I decided to purchase another, fancier version of the same brand. I mean, the old curve was great - an upgrade would be even greater, wouldn't it?

No - my blackberry 9380 is pure and frustration. My calls constantly get placed on hold, and when it doesn't get placed on hold it beeps - making it sound like somebody with Tourette's syndrome on a radio station. The buttons are broken after 6 months, and I can't find a cover for it anywhere! Calls just get cut, I have to take the battery out at least 5 times a day, just for my messages to come through. If I don't keep the battery on charge the whole day, my phone dies within an hour. And the alarm sometimes chooses to not wake me up. Look, I'm all for sleeping late, my boss doesn't appreciate it as much, which is why I set the alarm in the first place.

I've lost business, boyfriends, and my mother is about to disown me because of the ruddy phone. I've thought about flushing the phone down the toilette - because no phone is better than this blackberry.

My advice? Get a Samsung - any Samsung - before considering a blackberry!
