With a limited monthly pension I make use of the "dongel"service that vodacom provide. I pay monthly but with very limited internet access due to the strength of the signal I receive. Though my limited gb of internet are subtracted by the second showing I am connected, when really I receive no access due to the bad signal where I live. Someone from vodacom tested the signal with response that all is well and just left... I want to get out of this contract as I am paying for something I hardly receive. My daughter live in the USA and I need something reliable to communicate with her, not this dongel that give me problems since I got it 2 years ago. I have been complaining about it for months with Vodacom, without them even trying to help me or understanding my situation. Surely there must be something that they can do to help me... what happened to listening to the customer and understanding my very valid complaint..instead send an employee of the company to test and disregard my problem. Vodacom is insensitive to their customers complaints, not there to help only to make money... their product is the worst in the market in my opinion.
