Blackberry
Really want to get rid of my Blackberry

This is my second Blackberry 9360, first one was, also gave me problems with the battery and froze every day. The new Blackberry 9360 I got from Cell C end of July beginning for August. This phone is also freezing ALOT and I need to charge the phone at least 3 times a day, it switches of by itself and since yesterday the phone is warm permanently and it is not even 12:00 and had to charge the phone again. How is this possible, I really love my Blackberry but since these problems I have been having I can not wait to get rid of it and switch to another make. I promise I will never recommend Blackberry to any of my friends or family.
