The worst blackberry 9380

Almost a year ago I got a blackberry 9380 first touch screen for blackberry. 1 month later its in for repairs. They couldn't fix it so gave me a new1. In February 2013 it happens again faulty buttons at the bottom n top again it couldn't be fix and again I got another phone now again in april 2013 it happens again with almost I identical faults. I think the blackberry 9380 touch is a flop n blackberry should stop making them. I now don't even feel like picking my phone from the repair shop. I can't wait for my contract to finish 1more year let's c is it makes it or will it go in another 3 (ime. If u looking at getting1 plz plz plz pleeeeeez think twice or 3 times!!!
