4 Blackberry phones since October 2012

I am a 70 year old woman who has been using an old Nokia phone. I was very happy with this phone but due to my children who are all using Blackberry's I was persuaded to upgrade my contract and take a Blacberry. I went to game Waterfall Mall and upgraded my Cell C contract and took a Blackberry Curve. Within the first month I returned the phone to Game who sent it away for repairs. After about three (3) weeks I got yhe phone back and it did the same thing. (gets extremely hot and not only when on charge, battery does not even take two calls and then its flat again). I have since then received 3 other Blackberry curves that does the exact same thing. I am extremely unhappy with my Blackberry. Considering my age I can not even drive long distances with assurance that if something goes wrong I have my phone. I am using my OLD NOKIA again and have to say its WITHOUT FAIL!!! Not sure what I must do with the Blackberry now, no use sending it in it will obviously be returned as is.
