I have a blackberry 9360 on a contact with Vodacom the phone is now 14months old, the battery doesn't last it has to be on charge 24/7, I may as well have a house phone. The second problem is the track pad freezes at different intervals this is totally unacceptable for a phone that is just over a year old. I'm completely disappoint in Blackberry. I refuse to buy a new battery as I am already paying for the phone on a contact for 2 years, and the battery is some ridiculous price of over R500! its pathetic!
