BLACKBERRY IS A PHONE

I have had my blackberry for less than a year and it has been in for repairs three (3) times in the last 3 months at the Vodacom repair shop, where a new battery has been installed and the software upgraded yet it still switches off on its own. I have lost my faith in blackberry.
