Blackberry 9380 defective phones

Hi

I purchased a Blackberry 9380 on contract a year ago, since then I have had 2 replacements. Every time I receive a new 9380 there are new problems with it. I use this phone for both work and personal use and cannot afford to have any more disruptions. I cannot pay R450pm for a phones that do not work. I suggest this phone be pulled off the shelves completely!
