MTN Direct taking poor service to new heights

On May the 22nd I renewed my data contract with MTN settling for an item other the the one i wanted as the product was out of stock. Received an sms confirming all is well, after waiting 10 days i called to inquire why was the item still not delivered, I was told that the consultant or the computer made an error and the order will have to be redone. I was assured the consultant would call me. After three subsequent calls I was I finally receive a call from the consultant and the matter was concluded. On the 19th of June a full 30days later I finally received the package only to find it was inoperable. I was instructed to return all the contents to an mtn store for a full exchange. No such luck, the item was taken back fault logged but no exchange. I was told to call MTn to redo the contract and have the package sent again. I called and apparently it can only be done by the same consultant. Two calls later no reply no package, and yet i have been debited for an item i don't have. Disgusted at mtn this has been the worst service yet from any company ever and my nightmares still not ove
