Cant stick to their word

Order Placed on 15 Jan 2013 for a thermometer. Date of delivery on product says 14 working days from order. On day 14 (4 Feb 2013), I contact Kalahari to check if everything is in order. I receive a phone call to say that the warehouse is having issues with stock. Immediately I wonder why I was not contacted to let me know that delivery will be delayed? I ask the consultant to please put a hurry on the order as it is meant for a 3 month old baby. Consultant calls me back and says he has made a note that I am in a rush for the item, and it will definitely be delivered by 7 Feb 2013. Almost immediately after that, I receive an email stating that it will be delivered on 12 Feb 2013. Today, 13 Feb 2013, I had to call Kalahari AGAIN, as they have no intention of following up with the delivery. I am now told that the item is in stock, and the consultant I speak to today says he has no clue why it has not yet been dispatched!!! What's going on here?!?! Check my order history. I am a loyal customer - But I'm thinking I should take my loyalty elsewhere
