Incorrect item delivered yet being billed 3months

I ordered a WIFI router in December 2012, the incorrect item was delivered to me, I took this incorrect item to 2 different Cell C branches, East gate and Trade route to return it, I was informed by both stores that I have to arrange with Cell C direct to collect the package. I logged a call for it to be collected. Reference OBF077518, The item was not collected, I logged another call (reference OBF080268) and still no one has been to colect it. I logged yet another call (Reference OBF083525), It has been more than 3 months now, and I am being billed on a monthly basis for this item. I have been informed by call centre agents that I will not be able to claim back the debits taken out of my account if more than 3 months debits go off. This is ridiculous, as I have been calling week in and week out for this incorrect item to be collected, I am finding that Cell C Direct call centre are dragging their feet in assisting me. I wait for upto 20 minutes before my calls are answered and 3 months later, after calling every week, my account is still being debited, and no one has come to collect said incorrect item. If they are serious about customer service, they need to clean up thier act.
